To ensure delivery by Christmas Eve please purchase this additional SPECIAL DELIVERY service as part of your order. The cut off for ordering is 1 pm on Wednesday 23rd December.
We are currently posting all orders on the Royal Mail Tracked First Class service. If posted out by Friday 20th December this should reach you by Christmas Eve, however, it is not a guaranteed service. After Friday, there is a good chance it will not be delivered before Christmas on this standard service.
With the SPECIAL DELIVERY purchase UK customers will receive their order the next day ( subject to conditions below)
This is in addition to the standard post and packing charge automatically applied to your order at the checkout. Please order by 1 pm to ensure we have time to pack and post on that day.

From Monday 28 September we’ll be improving our timed guarantees for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9am and 1pm services and will make the following changes:
• For items posted from Monday 28 September 2020 onwards, our guaranteed delivery for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9.00am the next working day will change to by 11.00am the next working day*
• Our guaranteed delivery for Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1.00pm the next working day will change to by 4.00pm the next working day*.
• This includes items where a Saturday guarantee has been purchased.
For both services, we're no longer asking the recipient to sign for items delivered on or after Saturday 14 March 2020.
